The ToEE patch 3 and level uncapper are incompatible! If patch 3 is installed and the computer is restarted the game will not get to the screen wherein it loads the game content. This is probably happening since patch 3 modifies temple.dll.
Just use the second patch and the Moebius temple.dll. That solves the looting bug, which is all that the third patch fixes beyond the second anyway.
