Ok i just came up against the dreaded secret door bug and got the shi$ts to say the least so i tracked down a way around this those of you wishing to start a new game and wish the ability to find your secret doors you have found before , before you start your new game empty your save directory , its that simple i copied all my old saves out and started a new game and low and behold the secret doors are back and findable now i belive the problem is in the map section of the save files has anyone hacked this yet ?
