Questions on npcs and weapons. Is there a way to tell what class/es an npc is ,so you can continue along in that class when they level ? Katana =bastard sword ? One npc has a rat in his inventory.Is this a live rat ? or a snack hes saving?Anyway to get it ,it says i cant take it ? I want my own rat version of Boo. And whats with all the darn cats ? EVERYwhere i go, i see cats !
Marmalade don't like me... he seems to hiss me and be ready to attack me every time..of course, if i keep poking him to see if it do something different, it's logical he seems to be angry ^_^
Dunno if it is just random, but I gave one of the cats food from the pub (with my highest Animal affinity PC, I'm trying to see how to interact with them) and it started rubbing my leg. Still didn't talk to me, or attack, or join up.
Dude, that Mersenne HATES you... Now, feeding the cats... I was going to include a thing whereby if you drop roast joints during a fight with animals, they will pick them up and stop attacking. Part of the whole 'how to get by animals if you are a Druid and don't want to slaughter them' shtick, which will become important when we implement Clerics & Druids falling. But for now, the cats are just there. If anyone really wants to know, only the cat outside the Pub is ongoingly essential (and the one at the very end, who gives you a few moments to look around Screeg's glorious Inner Bailey map before he does his thing). Otherwise the rest just spawn the monsters for that particular map, then they are expendable. So there you go: for those of you who absolutely MUST harm the poor little things :no: Btw, no cats were harmed in the making of KotB. Dogs, on the other hand... :evil_laug
Is there anything besides the Large Mithral Shield hidden in that pond ? I "think" ive gone over it fairly good,but didnt find anything else. Im starting to have a good collection of magic and interesting items ,even bought that Masterwork Samuria Armor . Oh , and whats the Ring of Climbing actually do ?Just add to climing skill ?Because i cant see that skill for some reason to know if it does that.
What skills do i need to use a Katana single handed ? Everytime i equip it, it make it go as two hander.
