   It appears the site is now black background and white lettering. Is this new and normal? What happened to the blue and white VBulletin setup?

   You'll find a drop-down menu on the bottom left corner of the page that lets you choose between Co8 Obsidian (dark) and VBulletin (light). Sometimes changing things in your User CP defaults the display to Obsidian.
