Weapon Charges
How many charges do the Lareth's Rod of Striking and the Mace of Smiting have? I've seen a post mentioning 20 charges but I know I've used my Lareth's Rod on +3 at least 15 times and it hasn't disappeared. I made a Keen Mace of Smiting that has a 18-20X4 crit range and does 4D6X4 + 12(enhancement)+16(str). The strength is odd because my character only has +3 modifier which I would think would show up as +12. Back to my original point, is this wonder weapon going to disappear after 20 charges? I didn't want to mess with console testing if somebody already knows the answer. If it will disappear I might wait until I can make it bursting all 3 types just to see the ridiculous numbers before it goes away.

Sorry, I meant to check on this like two weeks ago, lol.
The smiting and striking rods/staffs/clubs are handled internally and don't have set charges defined in protos.tab like most charged items (although there are weapon properties defined for them that seem to indicate they have 25 charges). Regardless, they are broken internally and don't have any practical in-game limits at all, afaik. |

Interestingly enough I used to think Lareths club, never ran out as well. Well I just had a game where I can not set the # of charges on the club anymore the option is just gone from the radial dial. Club is still there just can't set 1-3 charges anymore. So I guess it does have a limit if I had to guess I say it was closer to 50 then 25.
