Did the CO8 make a mod that adds the drow race to game as a playable race....if not is there any that is compatable with CO8's TOEE and The Keep on the Borderlands.
No, but there are drow encounters you run across in two different adventures though. They are simulated by wearing masks and armor over a standard elven model to give them dark skin. I suppose it would be easy enough to use the drow mask and armor for a pc that would make you look like a drow. It could also hold the abilities for spell resistance and spell like abilities and the other drow traits. If someone wanted to do it.
