I am currently scratching my head wondering how I could assign a hotkey to casting a scroll. I've been able to assign a hotkey to casting a spell without a problem but it seems that it doesn't work with scrolls of any type.

Did anyone ever ran into this before?

I've tried searching on the message boards but, AFAICT, it has never been mentioned.

    Thanks for the help.

Have you tried holding down ctrl and pressing a key while hovering the cursor over the scroll in the radial menu?

Oh, setting it is totally fine...
It's when I try to use it that doesn't work properly I think.

By analogy, when you set a hotkey to casting a normal "targeted on another person"spell from the caster's daily spell list, the cursor changes type and you just have to pinpoint the target for it to receive the spell (a "Bull Strength" for example).

When you set a hotkey to casting a spell from a scroll, it gets assigned ok (with the hotkey identified just beside the scroll name). But when you try to actually use the hotkey, the cursor doesn't change as for a targeted spell and nothing happens and the scroll is not expended or anything.

    Does that pinpoint my problem?
