ToEE 2015 :-) Help please...

Hey guys, the games been out for aeons so please excuse me if I ask about something that already has a thread. If that turns out to be the case, if you'd point me in the right direction that would be appreciated.

So, read magic isn't working on potions or scrolls? :-( I have got a ton of scrolls n potions just sitting idly by as it stands.

any ideas why or how to fix this?

does that collection of fixes apply to the Standard Edition of the Co8 Mod as well?

 

Thanks very much for that guys. I'm away to check out the Rannos n Gremag fix. Everytime I confront them about the assassin, it starts just fine then the dialogue repeats itself, the encounter continually restarts, usually with Rannos at the top of itnitiative who proceeds to sneak attack any one flatfooted in my party! :-(
