Bug or a shit of a game spell

I fought and fought over and over with the fire node guy and i finnaly killed the bloke but he charmed Thromel so it wasent ower till he was dead....so i killed him but when i revive him he auto attacks me....WHY IN THE GOD DAMN WORLD is that spell ever lasting??????

Anf why cant i remove fear that Balor casts??Hate it ........

its bugs, reload before the battle and fight it differently, or use some of the bugs that allow you to overpower yourself to "cheat" into avoiding such a circumstance...

Save and load untill you get through it without being charmed
