Well that was about the last time I came here and got 3.0.4. Looking around there seems a lot of things that could be installed, great job everyone. Is there a definative list of everything that should be installed, what order it should be done and what is compatible with what? This is just for playing the game again, not for modding. Thx.
Welcome back to the Co8. The installation instructions for our most recent mods can be found in this thread. There is a lot of new content in the Co8 mod now (compared to the 3.0.4 version) so don't be afraid to ask questions.
Thanks. Those instructions don't mention the dllfix. Should the latest one of those be installed as well? If so, should it be added last? Thx.
One last question (I think). Given I already have 3.0.4 installed, can I start from step 5 and install 5.0.0 over the top?
It's probably best to re-install from scratch, with the frontend (and MS.NET). If you want to play 3.0.4 again there is a toffee ready pack available in this thread. which will be completely independant to your 5.0.X install. There are also some other older Co8 versions and the power hack Vicks and Wedge mod in toffee format.
