Things gets clearer now, your .tfm file is supposed to have a tantamounting space of 0.97 GB while in your screenshot you only have 4,882 KB. That's why TFE-X can't read the module. I'll try to research on why does that happen. It doesn't complete the .tfm extraction. Some process might be hindering the extraction process I guess.

Try this click :Start:, enter in the run box :cmd: then hold down :ctrl+shift+enter:, in the command prompt type sfc /scannow. This procedure will check for your window files if its damaged, so it can be replaced by new ones.

    I don't think that's it.

You don't have any particular corruptions on your OS I see. Could you possibly extract the contents of the Circle of Eight Installer to an empty folder, must be free of anything including file permissions. Post a screenshot of its extracted contents. Thanks.

Could you recommend a way for me to do that. Winrar and 7zip won't allow it.

Update: I used Universal Extractor and it gave this error log
Signature detected: Inno Setup Setup Data (5.3.10)
This is not directly supported, but i'll try to unpack it as version 5309
    ; Version detected: 5310
Critical error: The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program.
Unpacking failed. This version is not supported.

Sorry, one must take a break. Anyway, I didn't instruct you to extract the installer (maybe you misinterpreted my words, my bad), just install the installer somewhere in program files (as admin), in an empty folder. Post a screenshot of it. That is all.

I apologize as well for the miscommunication. I did interpret it as you requesting that I extract it with a decompression tool.
