    Thanks, I accidentally left out Spellcraft from the Cleric's class skills. Fixed for next version.

    He is a pure Cleric, and was able to take 4 ranks at level 1, and a 5th rank at level 2. But nothing at 3rd level.

    At present with a multi-classed Cleric-Wizard in ToEE or Temple+ the character's spell lists are ordered in the sequence Cleric-Wizard-Domain irrespective of whether the character was first a wizard or first a cleric. The consequence of this is that the Ring of Resonance fizzles uselessly with Cleric-Wizards and will do so with Mystic Theurges.

    Resonance works with Wizard-Fighters; I was wondering whether Temple+ might allow alteration of the sequence of spell lists so that Wizard always comes first?

    Not a problem, I'll add an optional switch to spells_pending_to_memorized so it does so by class.
    On that note, is Ring of Resonance supposed to work for Sorcerers and Bards? It looks like it's meant to. Is it a custom Co8 item? I can't find reference for it anywhere.

    Edit: I've done the above, and now Ring of Resonance will also make use of the new python obj.spells_cast_reset() command to reset Sorc/Bard daily spells.

    When I load Temple+ from it's shortcut, I seem to be losing some (or all?) C08 functionality. The splash screen references C08, but I am limited to a 10 level cap. I'm not sure what I can easily test to see if C08 is otherwise working. (Since the cap is optional, but I *do* use the uncapping option.) Temple+ IS active, since I have trip AOO's.

    When I load TOEE using ToEE Front-End X (with Temple+ installed), I am uncapped once more, but Temple+ doesn't work. (No trip AOO's or dire bear form.)

    There is a *possibility* that I may be running an older version of the front end; it's been a while since I installed it, but I had many difficulties getting Co8 to run, and I think the eventual solution may have been to use an older version of the front end. I don't know if that would cause this issue?

    Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! I love the stuff Temple+ adds, now if only I can get my install to cooperate with using both it and Co8 at once! :)

    Are the Co8-introduced Prayer Beads of Karma working? (It's a neck slot item that should probably be use-activated, like a Helm of Teleport.) I found no way to get the +4 caster levels 1/day from them. Will Temple+ fix this if it isn't already fixed?

    Most of the tfe-x gameplay-related functionality is now handled (and overridden) in the Temple+ configuration utility. There's a max level field in there, just set it to 20.

    Haven't touched the prayer beads yet, but I'm messing with the whole Spell Casting system right now to enable flexible definitions for new / prestige classes and such, so I might add that effect along the way.

    *embarrassed look* - yes, you are correct, I totally missed this! THANK YOU, this did the trick! My other Co8 test was with Jaroo's quest, but it turns out that has vanished for reasons not related to Temple+.

    As a bonus, since T+ has it's own loader, I was also able to do a clean install with the newest front end, since I won't be using it as a loader (which is where my issues with TFE-X lay), and that is working as well!

    I notice that the dire bear wildshape (just like all the vanilla wildshapes) doesn't show a threatened area for AOO's. I'm guessing this is an engine limitation?

    Are you launching the game from TFE-X or the Temple+ executable? And are you sure you have enough xp to level up?

    If neither of these are at fault, please send me a savegame.

    Just to be sure that you know: If you are using the Co8 8.1.0 modpack and temple+ you should have at least activated the Co8 modpack with TFE-X before running the game with Temple+ otherwise you are just playing Vanilla ToEE with Temple+.

    Sorry, your solution worked, so I edited my response above... but apparently I did it at the same time as you wrote your message! In hindsight, I should have done a second post instead to avoid confusion. All is well, Temple+ is working like a charm! :)

    *Initially* the solution didn't appear to work, but it turned out the problem was nothing to do with Temple+. I was testing using the console, and for some reason "levelup" was only working intermittently. Since it worked some of the time, I assumed it was hitting a level cap, but later tests with partylevelset(X) revealed that it was the console, not Temple+, that was causing my problems. I also had a minor problem with Jaroo, but it turned out that I have the same problem without Temple+ installed, so T+ is not to blame!

    "levelup" grants players a certain amount of XP, at higher levels, the XP granted by one application of the "levelup" command, isn't enough to attain a new level, that doesn't mean it's not working, or working intermittently, only that your assumption as to how it worked was inaccurate.

    Ah, you are correct. I took it to work as the name implies it does, but apparently it does not! Learned something new.

    The Ring of Resonance was indeed a Co8 introduced item and should work for any arcane magic. Some sort of prayer beads for divine magic would be a nice addition too, albeit both are overpowered compared to the Rings of Spell Storing and Wizardry they were compensating for.
